- How we ship for international order and do deliver locally?
We use Singpost for both our International and Local deliveries.
For international shipping, it will takes about 9 to 14 days to all major city in the world.
We send all our item by registered mail/parcel.
A Tracking number will be issued to you which you can track at Article Status.
YES! We do Local Delivery as well, please give us your address and we will quote you the Delivery Fees charge by Singpost. (Rate Chart)
If you prefer to use other shipping method, please write to us.
- Regarding shipping fees and combine shipment
Most of our shipping fees is indicated at the end of your purchase, in the case if the shipping fee is not shown we will send you an invoice when we confirm the shipping fees.
Any over-charge on the shipping fees will be refunded to your Credit Card account or PAYPAL account.
We welcome combine shipping, but on a single order, if you wish to add to your shipment please write to us before making further purchases.
In the case when you made a combine purchase of several items, we will send you a refund on the extra charges of the shipping fee.
- What happen if my parcel is lost or damaged
We will not be responsible for the lost and damaged of parcel.
However, we will provide our Customer all the documentation to file for claim against your local post office
If your parcel did not arrived in the given time frame, please contact us and we will file a report for you.
Advice!!
Please make sure that the parcel is in good condition when you receive from the Postman, if you should see any dent on the parcel please check the item before signing the acknowledgement slip.
- What happen if I receive the wrong item
If we sent out the wrong item to you, we will replace your item without any extra charges and pay you to ship back the wrong item to us.
You will need to email us a picture of the wrong item and inform us of our mistake.
- About cancellation
There will not be any cancellation fee if you cancel your order on the same day which you place your order.
However, there will be a 20% cancellation fee if you decide to cancel the order on the next working day before we shipped out the item.
We will NOT accept any cancellation after the item had been shipped.
Your deposit for Pre-order will be forfeited if you cancel the order.

- Is your item original?
As a collector ourselves, we believe honesty is the best policy.
Thus, we only carries Genuine and Original products.
- Why some of the item did not indicate any shipping fees?
Due to the fast moving pace of the booming Anime market, we were unable to efficiently include the shipping fees for some of the item.
The other reason is, sometime we are not sure of the shipping fees, we will send you the S&H fees once we receive your order, this is to minimize any over-charge of the S&H fees
- Are all the items on the website available?
All item shown on the website is consider as "In-stock", which means they are available for purchase.
Item which are sold out will not be featured in the website.
BUT, they are times when we were not be able to update our website before the next purchase. If this happen, a full refund will be given back to you.
- About insurance
Insurance is available upon request.
- What happen if I am looking for product which you do not carry or sold out?
We do help customer to sought for 'precious' or limited edition products, but you will have to send us picture and description of the products. We will quote you the price of the item first, and once you confirm the purchase they will not be any refund.
As for sold out item, we suggest you wait for re-issue or write us a mail stating your interest of the "sold out" item and we will inform you once if the item is available.

- What do you mean by 'Pre-Order'?
We take in pre-order for customer who want to secure their favorite merchandise, as most of the item we are selling is a "One-Time Production" thus they are quite limited. Below is the terms and condition for pre-order;
Pre-order Terms and Conditions
1. A non-refundable deposit is required for all Pre-order
2. La Tendo reserve the right to amend the price of the Pre-order item with/without prior notice to the customer, once the transaction is complete, La Tendo shall endeavor to maintain the price stated in the Pre-order listing
3. A Full Refund will only occur when La Tendo could not secure the item
4. Customer will have to collect and pay the balance within 2 weeks after Pre-order item had arrived
5. Customer understand that pre-ordering of ePre-order itemf is not a guarantee
6. Oversea customer will have to pay an additional Shipping and Handling Fees
7. We are unable to receive pre-order for Chase/Secret piece
8. Local customer can choose to pay via Bank Transfer, Paypal, VISA, Master Card, Dinner, American Express or cash at La Tendo
9. Oversea customer can choose to pay via Paypal, VISA, Master Card, Dinner and American Express ONLY
10. La Tendo reserve the right to re-sell the item if the customer did not collect and pay within the time frame given
11. La Tendo reserve the right to amend/add/delete any of the gPre-order Terms and Conditionh with/without prior notice
