Updates on Shipping Rates

Shipping & Handling Fees updated for our local deliveries, please check out the table below.

We have updated almost all our product on the Shipping & Handling Fees, the system will be able to let you know what is the cost for sending oversea, refund will be given back to you if the system over-charge. As for Local Customer please check the price list "For our Local Customer".

Shipping Rates and Policies

Hi Great News!! We had finally tied up with our local post office Singpost with all our delivery. (Both for local and international)
But we are having a hard time updating all the weight for our product and intergrating the price into the system, so if you find out out that the item you are paying for did not include the Shipping fees, please wait for our invoice for the Shipping fees. And again, our system does not allow us for combine shipment, BUT don't worry we will refund you the extra charges if you are buying more then 1 items, this applies to both local and international customer.

For local customer, basically if your item does not weight more then 3 kg and the size is below 40X25X20 cm, the shipping charges will be $9.15 and it will be deliver to you within 1~2 days. (Please local delivery charges table)

In our website all the shipping fees is set for international shipping charges by default.

If you should need further clarification please do not hesitate to write or call us.

Local Buyer who wish to purchase from our website and use the delivery service, the rate will be as the below table, 
Island wide Service
Weight Parcel (Normal 1~2 working days delivery) 3 Hours Express Service

If size is over 40X25X20cm the below charges will applies

The charges above only applies to town area, residential and housing estate. And if your parcel exceed more than  10kg or the size of 40X25X20cm, different charges will applies.

Terms and Conditions on local same days deliveries is as follow:
For Normal 1~2 working days delivery;
Items sent out before 1pm will be delivered to you on the same day before 6pm.
Items sent out after 1pm will be delivered to you on the next working day by 1pm.
There is no delivery on Sunday and public holiday.
For 3 hours express services;
Delivers within 3 hours of confirmation.
Cut-off time: 3:30pm
There is no delivery on Sunday and public holiday.

By default, when you make a purchase via our website all the shipping charges are for international buyer. For local buyer, we will refund you the differences if you paid by credit card, PAPAL account or thru bank account transfer.
If you are paying via bank transfer, you will have to let us know the amount, time of payment and the code provided by your bank for verification.
